Dr.SHALINI PUNITHAVATHANI M.E. Ph.D is a Director of Rhenius research foundation. She was a former principal of Government engineering college palayamkottai and also served as a Register of Annan University Palayamkottai. She is a dedicated, talented, dependable and God fearing women. She was a chairman of board of studies in Anna University of Technology.

Her vision is to provide leadership skills and modern scientific knowledge to rural youth so as to encourage them in the area of research and to explore the other side of the globe with knowledge and long telescopic vision. She has guided 9 Ph.D. scholars in Anna University, Chennai and 4 Ph.D. scholars in Manonmaniam Sundaranar University.She has published 42 scholarly publications in recognized professional and academic Journals. She was awarded a Vocational Excellence Award by the Rotary Club of Tirunelveli in 2013.

She has a Solid track record as an Administrative Personnel and also as an Academician, Well experienced in coordinating with Government Departments and statutory bodies at the National and international levels, extremely goal-driven and motivated. She has Strong managerial, leadership, planning, people management, time management, decision making and interpersonal skills and Strong work ethic with honesty and integrity.
